EPDM Geomembranes

The EPDM Geomembranes are manufactured using synthetic EPDM rubber/Polymer. Our EPDM geomembranes have an elongagtion of over 300% which helps It to confirm to the movement of the soil/earth. The EPDM geomembranes have a temperature resistance from -45c to +160c Hence it can work across the globe in various climate zones. More importantly the EPDM geomebranes are naturally UV resistance. Hence it can perform over 25 years in exposed condition.

The application procedure of the EPDM geomembranes usually involves only 3 steps:

Excavate the ground compact it to 95%
Lay a 250-300 GSM Geotextile
Lay the EPDM geomembarane. And fill/store water.

The overlaps of the EPDM geomembranes are done with seam tape and primer. There is no need of welding and electricity during the installation of the EPDM geomembranes.

While the conventional plastic geomembranes are very economical, they need to be replaced every few years as they become brittle and crack under UV exposure. The EPDM geomembranes have a service life beyond 25 years.
